- To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier companies only.
- If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Speed post.
- Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
- We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.
- Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

- Shipping outside India :- The shipping charges vary from country to country and the weightage of the package, The actual shipping Cost will be displayed at the time of Placing Order & making payment.
Shipment and Tracking Details
- We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
- Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
VAT & Custom Duties
- VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
- International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
What if any Delays
- Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
- If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
- However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
- In case if you do not like the product which you received from IndianDesignerShop.com, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days. Please note that We are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing.
- We will issue 90% refund of product price. (10% will be Order Processing charges.)
- Customer will get refund back on his / her credit / debit card. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on card once we issue refund from our side.
- Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
Please read below points carefully before request for returns.
- Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
- We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.
